Within the scope of our university's ‘common course’ applications, you can access the 2024-2025 Spring semester for graduation 3 (three) course exam and single course exam schedule via this link.

The three-course and single-course exams for graduation, and the related procedures for the 2024-2025 Spring semester will be held on the dates specified below.

For the Single Course Exam, the relevant form must be submitted to the email address shmyo@gazi.edu.tr or delivered to our School’s Student Affairs Office.

Regulation

According to Article 14, paragraph 10 of the Associate and Undergraduate Education and Examination Regulation: "Students who have fulfilled the attendance requirement but have only one course left for graduation are eligible to take the single-course exam. In order to pass the single-course exam, students must obtain a minimum grade of (CC). The midterm exam grade is not taken into account when determining this letter grade."

In line with this provision, students who have completed all courses in their curriculum, fulfilled attendance requirements, and met other conditions of their diploma program but have at most 1 (one) course left for graduation, are eligible to take the Single-Course Exam.
