Within the scope of our University’s ‘common’ course practices, for graduation you may access the three (3) course exam and single course exam schedule via the link.
Three-course and single-course exams for graduation and the procedures related to these exams will be carried out on the dates specified below.
Applications for Three-Course and Single-Course Exams will NOT be made via forms, but online through the Application Management System (BYS).

Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education, Training and Examination Regulation, Article 15, Paragraph 11 states: “Three-course exams for graduation are administered for at most three courses to students enrolled in semester-based programs who have taken all courses included in the curriculum of their diploma program, fulfilled the attendance requirement at least once, met other conditions required for obtaining an associate/undergraduate degree, and who will be eligible for graduation provided that they successfully complete the courses taken in the semester in which they are registered; and to students enrolled in annual-based programs for their annual courses within the years specified in the education, training and examination principles. Three-course exams are applied to courses that have end-of-semester exams. In three-course exams for graduation, students must obtain at least a (CC) letter grade in each course taken in the exam in order to be considered successful. Midterm exam grades are not taken into account in determining this letter grade.”
Pursuant to the relevant article, this right shall be granted to associate and undergraduate students who have taken all courses in their curriculum, fulfilled the attendance requirement at least once, met other conditions required by the diploma program, and have at most three courses remaining for graduation.
Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education, Training and Examination Regulation, Article 15, Paragraph 12 states: “Students who have taken and successfully completed all courses in the curriculum of their diploma program, fulfilled the attendance requirement at least once, met other conditions required for obtaining an associate/undergraduate degree, but have responsibility for only one remaining course, may take the single-course exam. To be successful in the single-course exam, at least a (CC) letter grade must be obtained. Midterm exam grades are not taken into account in determining this letter grade.”
Pursuant to the relevant article, Single-Course Exams are applied for associate and undergraduate students who have taken all courses in their curriculum, fulfilled the attendance requirement at least once, met other conditions required by the diploma program, and have at most one (1) course remaining for graduation.
